Cancellation / no show
Historically we have been very accommodating to last minute cancellations and missed appointments, but sadly this seems to be getting taken advantage of, and as such going forward we will be implementing a charge for all no-show/last minute cancellations (outside of the 24 hour period).
You are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment through your Jane account any time up until 24 hours before your appointment time. Within the 24 hour period you will be subject to a charge.
If it is the first time missing an appointment the charge will be $50, any missed appointments after that, the full amount of the appointment will need to be paid before you are able to book another appointment.
Obviously there are extenuating circumstances that will for sure be taken in to account, and we just ask that you contact the person you are booked with to discuss as soon as you can.
We are here to help you and we would much rather see you for your scheduled appointment than have to charge for a no show/missed appointment, but our time is also valuable and we are just trying to ensure that it too is respected.
There are many options for appointment reminders when booking. If you select any of the text/email reminders, it is not signing you up for spam or marketing, you will only receive notifications of your upcoming appointment and any changes made to it.
